Yes, absolutely. If you start with one package and later decide to upgrade, we WIll adjust your plan accordingly and credit your previous payment toward the new package.

Q2: Do you plan both White and Traditional Weddings?

Yes! At 38Seconds Events Limited, we specialize in planning White Weddings, Traditional Weddings, or both — whether as separate events or combined celebrations. Each is tailored with cultural sensitivity and your personal style in mind.

Q3: Is the Founder always present at the event?

The Founder’s presence is guaranteed in our Deluxe package. However, in our Diamond and Gold package, our event manager, lead coordinators and trained team handle execution seamlessly.

Q4: .Will the founder be involved in my wedding planning?

Absolutely! Our Founder personally oversees and contributes to the planning process for every wedding, regardless of the package you choose. From initial consultations to final planning decisions, you’ll benefit from his expertise and guidance throughout the planning process

Q5: What if I have already booked some vendors — can you still work with them?

Yes. We are happy to collaborate with your preferred vendors and integrate them into the planning process. We’ll review their contracts, align timelines, and ensure smooth coordination.

Yes, our charges include logistics, covering essential aspects of logistics for our team.

Q7: what is a personal concierge service?

Our personal concierge service provides the bride and groom with a dedicated assistant who supports with everything from a day to your wedding to the d-day of your wedding. This includes: assistance in packing your bags a day before and ensuring nothing important is forgotten, coordinating your beauty and salon appointments, coordinate the delivery of drinks, souvenirs, and other items to the venue a day before the event, making sure the bride gets enough rest the night before and wakes up early for makeup and hairstyling, handling outfit pick-ups, vendor follow-ups, and last-minute needs, assisting with guest welcome, hotel check-ins, and VIP guest care.
